We are looking for a dynamic, analytical, and proactive person to join our team in the position of Commercial Development Specialist. In this role you will be responsible for developing & deploying category strategy to ensure continued growth in the country that reflects consumer, shopper and channel dynamics. You will help us to win every step of the way and take the Nestle Food business to the forefront of consumer minds.
A day in the life of Commercial Development Specialist Food:
- Ensures that shopper insight is taken into account in all trade implementation (from innovation to in-store communication).
- Ensures agreed Category Growth Drivers and Activation Platforms are illustrated in all initiatives: from innovation to route-to-market, price/promo strategies and shopper communication.
- Builds all customer initiatives on category growth fundamentals and improves execution through evaluation.
- Implements Category Channel plans in line with agreed channel prioritization (core vs accelerator channels).
- Ensures channel plans are reflected in sales plans and trade execution.
- Aligns with Corporate CDT processes and tools to drive executable brand, channel, customer & field sales plans.
- Coordinates execution and tracks delivery of commercial plans to leverage opportunities, maximize synergies and optimize resources.
- Brings SRM mindset and analysis into daily routines and decision-making.
- Implements POSM process to reduce losses and tracks competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
- Monitors budget spending and optimizes promotion plans to improve ROI.
- Ensures adherence to all company principles and audit policies.
What will make you successful?
- You have at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience and a minimum bachelor degree in a relevant field.
- You have advanced knowledge of English language, both written and spoken, and are an advanced user of MS Office package.
- You are a good communicator, have developed interpersonal skills and are a good team player.
- You are a proactive person with strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- You have a driving license and you are an active driver.
