Position Summary
The Operations Quality Specialist within Market Quality plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day effectiveness of the Market Quality team while driving engagement, capability, and continuous improvement across the UK & Ireland business. This role combines operational quality support, cross-functional collaboration, complaint analysis and creative engagement, with a strong focus on delivering impactful digital and visual content, supporting Quality events and workshops, and acting as a flexible quality resource for factories when required. The role also supports knowledge sharing and quality culture through ownership of Ask Quality sessions and proactive engagement with stakeholders. This is a developmental role to enable us to succession plan into future factory Quality Management roles so we are looking for someone that is ambitious, forward thinking and has influencing skills.
Your Impact
- Market Quality Operations
- Support the daily operational activities of the Market Quality team to ensure effective delivery of quality objectives.
- Act as a key point of contact for routine Market Quality queries, escalations, and coordination activities.
- Support Market Quality priorities through organisation, reporting, and continuous improvement activities.
- Consumer Services & Complaint Management
- Work closely with Consumer Services to manage consumer complaints related to factory operations.
- Lead the monthly complaint review meetings, ensuring clear discussion of trends, risks, and actions.
- Maintain and develop Power BI dashboards for complaints data, ensuring data is accurate, current, and insightful.
- Analyse complaint data to identify trends, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities, escalating where appropriate.
- Engagement, Communication & Creativity
- Design and deliver creative digital and visual content to support Market Quality workshops, Quality events and campaigns, and training, awareness, and engagement activities.
- Translate quality data and messages into clear, engaging, and accessible materials for diverse audiences.
- Continuously explore innovative ways to improve quality communication and engagement across the market.
- Factory Quality Support
- Provide hands‑on support to factory Quality teams when required, which may include assisting with quality or food safety projects and investigations.
- Gaining factory experience in line with development plan.
