We are recruiting for Manufacturing Operators to join our team at our state-of-the-art Coffee manufacturing plant in Tutbury, Derbyshire. This is a permanent opportunity which will report into one of our Cell Managers. Nestlé Tutbury Factory in Derbyshire is one of the largest Nestlé factories in Europe after a £250 million investment over the last few years. The factory produces several of the most well‑known Nescafé products in the world through freeze‑dried, spray‑dried, pod coffee production technologies and is at the forefront of coffee production globally.
Your impact:
- Monitoring and operating plant and equipment to meet production targets and KPIs.
- Identifying and correcting faults.
- Minimising waste and maintaining accurate process records.
The role also supports quality control through routine checks, assists with maintenance, changeovers, hygiene and CIP activities, and collaborates with technical and engineering teams to improve plant reliability and efficiency.
Ingredients for success:
- Experience in a manufacturing and production environment, ideally within FMCG manufacturing.
- Previous Line Operator experience or similar.
- Strong competencies and behaviours.
- Ability to work as part of a team delivering compliance in safety, quality and production processes.
- Effective communication with multiple functions displaying one team mentality.
