Position Summary:
As a CPW Global SHE Manager you will lead and strengthen our Safety, Health & Environment strategy across CPW factories. In this role you will drive the implementation of CPW’s SHE standards and foster a strong safety culture across multiple sites. This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact on workplace safety and sustainability while working in an international environment.
Your impact:
- Provide strong SHE leadership and embed safety as a core value across all sites.
- Deploy CPW and Nestlé SHE standards and tools consistently.
- Support local SHE teams and factory leadership in building capabilities and ensuring compliance.
- Promote best practice sharing and continuous improvement across sites.
- Coordinate internal audits and contribute to major incident analysis and prevention.
- Actively engage with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen SHE performance.
Your ingredients for success:
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent
- Extensive experience in SHE leadership, ideally in an industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of SHE management systems, auditing, and risk management.
- Ability to influence and coach teams at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach.
- Fluent in English (and French as nice to have)
- Experience working in an international and matrix organization.
