Location: Gatwick (Hybrid)

Here atNestlé Health Science, we are currently recruiting for a talented individual to join us, as a Direct to Consumer (DTC) Manager, reporting into the Direct to Consumer (DTC) Lead.
We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven DTC Manager to join our NHSc Digital team. In this pivotal role, you’ll manage our Direct-to-Consumer sites, driving growth and performance through strategic planning and hands-on execution. From managing trading calendars to crafting and scheduling eCRM campaigns, you’ll be at the heart of our owned digital customer experiences. A day in the life of a Direct-to-Consumer Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- DTC Strategy: Execute the NHSc UK&I Direct to Consumer strategy, driving channel integration and commercial success.
- Customer Acquisition: Grow the DTC customer base through high-performing digital marketing channels.
- eCRM & SMS Campaigns: Develop and implement targeted eCRM and SMS strategies to boost engagement and retention.
- Insight-Driven Optimisation: Leverage data to enhance user experience and deepen customer understanding.
- Value Proposition Development: Strengthen the DTC offering through impactful customer engagement initiatives in collaboration with our key stakeholders.
- Performance & KPI Management: Set and track KPIs, continuously optimising campaign outcomes.
- Financial Analysis: Review P&L performance to identify and act on opportunities for growth and efficiency.

- Business Model Knowledge: Understanding of Direct To Consumer models and their practical application.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Skilled in aligning local and global brand teams to drive integrated marketing efforts.
- Customer Value Focus: Experience enhancing DTC value propositions through engagement initiatives.
- Digital Marketing Skills: Strong grasp of search, media, analytics, eCRM, and UX within a 360° marketing approach.
- eCRM Leadership: Track record of building personalised eCRM programs that drive retention and sales.
- Commercial & Analytical Acumen: Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Klaviyo, with solid P&L and pricing strategy experience.
- Project & Stakeholder Management: Effective at managing stakeholders and leading projects to successful delivery.
