We are recruiting for an experienced Brand Manager to join our Nestlé Health Science team working on Vital Proteins brand. Reporting into the Senior Brand Manager you will contribute to the growth of the business across the UK&I by creating and executing brand plans that align with our portfolio ambitions across VMHS (Vitamins, Minerals and Health Supplements). This is a very exciting role with tonnes of development opportunities and a real hands-on approach.
Working as part of the wider marketing team you will have the autonomy and responsibility for delivering specific business targets, working with the supporting teams across digital, sales and category, together contributing to the success of our brands in the UK&I.
Your impact
Ultimately, you act as your brand’s champion and will be responsible for driving brand growth and delivering exceptional results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role entails defining brand strategy and executing innovative communication initiatives that propel brand development.
Your other key responsibilities will include:
- Creating and executing annual brand plans – Partner with the Senior Brand Manager to translate consumer and shopper insight into actionable brand strategies and integrated communication campaigns.
- Communication and media planning – with the Senior Brand Manager, lead above the line communications, influencer and PR campaigns and media planning to support brand building and commercial objectives.
- Budget and performance management – Oversee budget management to optimise resource allocation and conduct performance analysis to inform brand planning.
- Performance analysis – act as a single point of contact for a brand performance and category understanding. Marry up insights from P&Ls, sales, brand health, consumer research and more to inform brand plans and execution.
- Cross functional coordination – collaborate with internal teams and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution of brand initiatives.
- Innovation – help deliver new and exciting innovation to the market.
Your ingredients for success:
To be successful in this role you will already have some fantastic marketing experience under your belt, ideally as a Brand Manager in a matrix organisation within FMCG or Health Supplements. You will be passionate, tenacious: results focused and enjoy working in a highly energetic and exciting environment. Acting as an ambassador for our Vital Protein brands, you will have great project management and analytical skills.
You will also have:
- The ability to thrive in ambiguity and deal with competing priorities and changing landscape.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Expertise in social media, CRM and direct to consumer strategies.
- Experience managing projects from concept through to delivery, including driving product innovation.
- Proficient in P&L management and financial analysis to improve profitability coupled with a solid understanding of commercials.
- A highly organised approach and enjoy working as part of a busy team.
