Position Summary
Join our Purina Factory in Sudbury as an HR Business Partner. You will work closely with all areas of the factory to provide best‑in‑class HR support, guidance and governance.
Your Impact
This role offers the opportunity to partner with managers as their trusted Business Partner from day one, providing HR support, coaching and development to empower managers to deliver high‑level service.
Key responsibilities include
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, ensuring timely and appropriate resolution.
- Support the execution of the HR strategy across the factory site.
- Deliver performance and talent management activities, aligning them with business goals.
- Drive line‑manager capability development, particularly around people development.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance HR practices and processes.
- Enable staff to understand the HR model and efficiently access solutions.
What will make you Successful?
Ideal candidates have proven experience as an HR Advisor or in a similar role, with the ability to partner with management, influence, communicate effectively and analyse data.
You should
- Have operational HR experience across core processes such as performance management, talent management, recruitment and resourcing, employee relations and organisational change.
- Be able to analyse and translate HR data.
- Have working knowledge of UK Employment Legislation.
- Possess knowledge of HR policies, procedures and employment laws.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal, communication, and decision‑making skills.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Be proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
