As Senior Digital Commerce Manager (eB2B), you’ll lead our B2B and B2C eCommerce strategy and execution across Wholesale, Convenience and Out of Home. You’ll influence customers, senior stakeholders and internal teams to unlock growth. Operating as a senior digital partner with our key priority eB2B customer, you’ll also build strong dotted‑line relationships with their commercial category teams. Your Impact
You’ll lead the change needed to win in eB2B. You’ll build trusted customer and category relationships, shape retailer strategy and champion eB2B internally. The goal is clear: create the focus, capability and conditions we need to win. You’ll bring people with you. You’ll create momentum with the customer, across our commercial teams and with senior stakeholders.
You will also:
- Lead Nestlé’s strategic digital partnership with our key priority eB2B customer, acting as a trusted senior partner embedded around 2 days per week
- Shape and execute the eB2B strategy across Wholesale, Convenience and OOH, turning insight into clear growth action
- Build strong relationships with customer commercial category teams and turn category priorities into digital actions
- Influence how customers prioritise products, availability, visibility, substitution and online user experience
- Unite Account Teams, Brand, Category, Supply Chain, Shopper Activation and Media behind one digital growth agenda
- Champion eB2B internally, building belief, focus and cross‑functional momentum
- Build playbooks, frameworks and learning loops that help teams scale eB2B
- Develop and guide junior talent, building confidence and consistency across priority eB2B customers
- Use data, customer insight and market intelligence to cut through complexity
- Spot the next eB2B tools, technologies and partnerships that could give Nestlé an edge
