Your Impact
As a Standard Operator, you will play a key role in delivering safe, efficient and high-quality production. Your contribution will help maximise line performance, minimise downtime and ensure products consistently meet the standards our customers expect. Working closely with colleagues across the factory, you'll support continuous improvement and help create a positive, collaborative working environment.
Safety & Quality: Maintain excellent safety, quality and compliance standards to help create a safe working environment and deliver products that meet specification.
Production Performance: Operate, monitor and optimise production equipment to achieve performance targets while minimising downtime and breakdowns.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and operational performance through a proactive improvement mindset.
Ownership & Accountability: Take responsibility for line performance, maintaining standards and supporting operations, including during periods when a Line Leader is not present.
Collaboration: Foster a positive team environment by supporting colleagues, motivating others and contributing to shared business goals and site performance measures.
Your Ingredients for Success
You will bring a practical approach to work, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. You'll be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, solving problems and following established processes to deliver results safely and efficiently. Previous manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential, as full role-specific training will be provided.
