  • We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented

Manufacturing Coordinator to join our manufacturing team.

Acting as a key SAP Superuser, you will support daily operations by ensuring the accuracy of operational transactions, maintaining critical manufacturing and inventory records, and providing guidance and training to colleagues on system processes.

Working closely with Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Support teams, you will play an important role in maintaining stock accuracy, supporting inventory management, resolving system issues, and delivering timely operational reporting that helps drive manufacturing performance.

  • Role Purpose
  • Provide administrative and SAP system support to Manufacturing and Warehouse teams, ensuring accurate records, reporting, and transaction processing.
  • Coordinate information flow across operational teams and produce reports on inventory, material usage, waste, and manufacturing performance.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
  • Act as deputy SAP Super User/MPOC for time management processes, providing first-line support to employees and managers when required.
  • Monitor system exceptions, investigate transaction issues, and ensure timely and accurate data entry.
  • Assist with stock counts, inventory checks, stock adjustments, and discrepancy investigations to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Support waste tracking, reconciliation activities, and material transfer processes to ensure efficient stock management and material flow.

  • Strong administrative, coordination, and organisational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and transaction processing.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Ability to analyse data, identify discrepancies, and solve problems.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Understanding of inventory control, warehouse operations, and manufacturing processes.
  • Previous experience in an administrative, operations coordination, manufacturing support, or supply chain environment.
  • Experience with stock control and inventory management processes.
  • Knowledge of SAP or other ERP/MRP systems.
  • Understanding of manufacturing reporting and operational performance measures.

This role operates in a food manufacturing environment with regular time on the factory floor and exposure to noise, dust (grain), moving machinery, temperature variation, and manual handling activities.
