Nestlé Tutbury Factory in Derbyshire is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to lead a shift team on a 3 on/3 off, 12-hour days and nights pattern. Based at our state‑of‑the‑art coffee plant, the role is permanent and reports to the Industrial Services Manager.
You will drive plant reliability, implement the department maintenance strategy, and develop capability through coaching, TPM and safety governance.
