Cereal Partners UK is seeking a Quality Improvement & Performance Manager in Staverton, Wiltshire, to lead quality improvement initiatives, support digital transformation activities, and use performance data to enhance consumer satisfaction, product quality and operational performance.

In partnership with the Factory Quality Manager, you will identify opportunities, drive continuous improvement, build capability, and ensure quality culture, food safety, and compliance across the site.
