  • Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join the

Nestlé Purina Supply Chain team . This role is responsible for ensuring compliant product labelling and related communications across the

UK & Ireland market , including on-pack and off-pack communications, veterinary product manuals, and promotional materials.

Working closely with Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Legal and Commercial teams, you will provide regulatory expertise and guidance to support product launches, innovation and renovation projects, and business objectives, ensuring compliance with pet food legislation, FEDIAF guidelines and Nestlé Purina policies.

Your Impact

You will play a key role in enabling successful product launches by ensuring that labels, claims, packaging, and communications are compliant and delivered right first time.

Through your regulatory expertise, you will support innovation, coach stakeholders on approval processes and help protect consumer trust across the Nestlé Purina portfolio.

  • Role Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance of product labels, packaging, veterinary product manuals and off-pack communications with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Review and approve Label Specification Sheets and artwork content.
  • Provide regulatory guidance on product claims, labelling, and marketing communications.
  • Support NPPE and local Innovation & Renovation (I&R) projects, ensuring a First Time Right approach.
  • Coach marketing and brand teams on communication approval processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure products continue to meet relevant legislation, FEDIAF guidelines, and food safety requirements.
  • Support Consumer Engagement Services in managing regulatory and product-related consumer contacts and complaints.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver compliant and effective product communications.
  • Ingredients for Success
  • Experience in Regulatory Affairs within pet food, food, feed, or a related regulated industry.
  • Knowledge of UK & EU pet food labelling and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience reviewing product labels, claims, packaging and marketing communications.
  • Excellent attention to detail , stakeholder management and communication skills.
