We’re looking for an Activation & Optimisation Manager to lead the end‑to‑end commercial performance of Digital Commerce across the UK&I. This is a high‑impact role at the centre of forecasting, activation planning, commercial delivery, performance insight and continuous optimisation, ensuring that data and insight directly shape future plans and execution.
Your Impact
Reporting to the Head of Digital & eCommerce, you’ll be the commercial owner for Digital Commerce performance, leading activation and analytics teams to deliver channel growth across capsules, machines and accessories. You’ll work closely with CRM, Acquisition, Finance, Growth & Digital Experience, HQ and agency partners to translate business priorities into clear plans, high‑quality activation and measurable results.
Key responsibilities
- Own the Digital Commerce forecast, ensuring plans reflect channel insights, market dynamics, trading conditions and growth priorities.
- Lead activation execution across digital channels including web, app, CRM and media, translating commercial priorities into clear eCommerce requirements.
- Develop and maintain the Digital Operational Plan, keeping teams aligned on priorities, timelines and deliverables.
- Submit clear operational briefs for launches, promotions, UX/UI improvements and platform changes, ensuring activity lands on time and to a high standard.
- Own performance insight and reporting, turning data into actionable recommendations that improve future plans and execution.
- Champion a test‑and‑learn approach across CRM, paid media, customer journeys and onsite experience.
- Oversee digital tagging, data governance and dashboarding to ensure strong data quality and clear visibility for stakeholders.
- Lead, coach and develop a team across eBusiness, data and insights, creating an environment where people can perform, grow and collaborate effectively.

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring a strong commercial mindset, digital commerce expertise and the ability to translate insight into action. You’ll be confident leading teams, influencing stakeholders and delivering performance through clear plans, strong execution and continuous optimisation.
Essential experience and skills
- Significant experience in Digital Commerce, eCommerce, Marketing or a closely related commercial digital role within a premium, lifestyle or consumer goods environment.
- Strong understanding of digital performance, web analytics and optimisation, including experience using tools such as Google Analytics 4.
- Proven ability to own commercial forecasting, performance tracking and insight‑led recommendations.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills, with confidence managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience working cross‑functionally with teams such as CRM, Acquisition, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Care, IT, agencies and above‑market partners.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information and influence stakeholders at different levels.
- People leadership experience, with a focus on coaching, performance management, collaboration and team development.
Desirable experience
- Experience in premium brands, direct‑to‑consumer eCommerce, food and beverage, cosmetics, apparel or accessories.
- Knowledge of digital journey design, UX/UI optimisation, tagging, dashboarding and data governance.
