Location: Gatwick or York, with 2–3 days per week in the office
Contract: Permanent Contract
Salary: Circa £70,000 per annum depending on experience and location

Your Impact
Reporting to the Digital Commerce Manager, you’ll take ownership of the B2B eCommerce agenda across digital touchpoints, shaping the channel strategy and ensuring commercial priorities are translated into seamless customer experiences. Working in close partnership with B2B Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, Analytics, IBS and HQ teams, you’ll influence plans, anticipate risks and opportunities, and use performance insight to accelerate channel growth, improve conversion and strengthen the end-to-end customer journey.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own and shape the B2B eCommerce plan, ensuring the channel is commercially aligned and ready to support campaigns, promotions, launches and strategic business priorities.
- Act as the digital commerce lead for B2B planning, bringing channel requirements, commercial opportunities, customer insight and operational risks into decision‑making.
- Drive best‑in‑class execution across B2B digital touchpoints, ensuring content, product data, pricing, packaging, lead times and availability support a premium and frictionless customer experience.
- Use sales, conversion, customer behaviour and funnel performance data to identify growth opportunities, remove barriers and prioritise optimisation activity.
- Lead post‑campaign and post‑launch performance reviews, translating insight into clear recommendations that improve future activity and support commercial decision‑making.
- Influence and align cross‑functional partners across Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Analytics, IBS, CRC and HQ to deliver plans at pace and resolve issues effectively.
- Champion continuous improvement across assortment, offer mechanics, pricing presentation, site performance and customer satisfaction to drive sustained B2B eCommerce growth.
Your ingredients for success
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring a strong digital commerce or marketing background, ideally gained within a premium, lifestyle or consumer goods environment. You’ll be highly organised, commercially focused and confident working across multiple projects and stakeholders, with the ability to turn performance data and customer insight into action.
Essential experience and skills:
- Digital commerce, eCommerce operations or digital marketing experience, preferably within B2B or consumer goods.
- Strong understanding of digital customer journeys, conversion, commercial performance and online activation.
- Experience delivering campaigns, promotions, product launches or digital content updates across eCommerce touchpoints.
- Confident using performance data and web analytics tools, including Google Analytics 4, to identify risks, opportunities and optimisation actions.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and dependencies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence working cross‑functionally and with above‑market teams.
- High attention to detail, with strong proofreading, accuracy and brand management skills.
Desirable experience:
- Experience in a premium, lifestyle or luxury brand environment.
- Exposure to B2B eCommerce, marketplace, CRM or digital customer experience projects.
- Experience partnering with agencies, HQ teams or technical delivery partners.
- A curious, test‑and‑learn mindset, with a passion for exploring new digital opportunities, customer behaviours and continuous improvement.
