Position: Out‑Of‑Home Business Development and Growth Manager – HORECA (Full‑time)

Your impact:

  • Drive sales growth, elevate customer experience, and enhance the Nespresso Professional brand within the OOH channel.
  • 50% focus on new business acquisition and 50% on existing partnerships.

Key responsibilities:

  • Tenacious Acquisition: Pursue and secure new HORECA and hospitality clients.
  • Maximise Brand Visibility: Ensure our brand shines in the channel through strategic acquisition, contracts, and machine placements.
  • Cultivate Relationships: Forge and nurture strong relationships with new and existing customers to cross‑sell, upsell, and boost overall sales and loyalty.
  • Build Your Pipeline: Actively create a robust pipeline of sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, emails, events, and industry fairs.
  • Engage and Educate: Conduct on‑site coffee tastings and training sessions.
