Responsibilities:
- Welcoming customers to the boutique and adapting to meet their needs.
- Supporting customers in finding their perfect cup of coffee and providing service-oriented sales, promoting the unique brand experience.
- Being a proud and passionate ambassador of Nespresso.
Qualifications:
- Retail experience, ideally from a luxury background, or from another industry with the required skill-set.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident and charismatic individuals who can deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ability to rapidly build strong working relationships with customers and support where needed.
