We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Retail Supervisor to join the team at our Fenwick, Newcastle location.
Location: Fenwick, Newcastle
Salary: £32,243 per annum
Contract: 12 month fixed-term contract, with potential for extension
Benefits: Up to 10% annual bonus; complimentary Nespresso machine and monthly allowance of capsules; 25 days holiday entitlement with bank holidays on top
Responsibilities:
- Attain the boutique sales targets through premium customer experience and delivery of boutique performance.
- Complete shop floor observations and provide feedback to the team.
- Utilise customer experience and everyday coaching across the team.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service.
- Facilitate team training sessions.
- Take accountability for managing and resolving escalated complaints.
- Monitor and lead internal control processes.
- Lead on ad hoc audits.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous supervisory shop floor experience in retail; ideally from a luxury background, but candidates from other industries with the required skill-set will be considered.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong understanding of the retail environment in which the Nespresso business operates.
- Enthusiasm to coach, train and mentor Sales Assistants within the boutique.
- Ability to maintain and support a positive and collaborative team culture.
