We’re excited to be recruiting for a brand new position and are looking for a B2B Agent Channel Manager to join our team. This is a pivotal, strategic role within our B2B organisation and a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to further their career in a senior leadership position. This is a permanent role, reporting directly to the B2B Commercial Director.

To support this mission, we are looking for a resilient and motivated individual to join our B2B team as an Agent Channel Manager, working with a significant strategic partner to further elevate the Nespresso portfolio.

Your impact
In this role, you will own and lead the UK & I Agent Channel strategy, ensuring full alignment with Nespresso OOH, UK & I, and Global priorities. You will define, challenge, and approve the Agent’s annual and multi-year commercial and marketing plans, ensuring they reflect regional market dynamics and deliver sustainable growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing executive oversight of operational plans, HQ initiatives, product launches, strategic programmes, and business transformations
- Demonstrating strong team leadership by actively contributing as a team player and acting as a visible role model for behaviours, values, and ways of working across the team and the wider organisation
- Leading Agent performance and capability assessments, recommending structural, operational, or strategic changes where required
- Contributing to market potential analysis, contract negotiations, and functional capability reviews
- Actively shaping route to market evolution, including distribution model optimisation
- Governing direct Nespresso national and international contracts and ensuring effective cascade to the Agent
- Setting, negotiating, and formally contracting annual sales, growth, and profitability targets
- Ensuring full compliance with the Distribution Agreement across all functions
- Sponsoring and leading Agent initiatives driven by P&L logic and EBITA contribution
- Acting as the senior Nestlé interface for the Agent, enabling effective cross BU collaboration
- Serving as a senior coach and sparring partner to the Agent leadership team
- Sharing strategic market, customer, and competitive insights to drive superior execution
- Sponsoring and steering marketing collaboration across digital, events, activations, and brand experience
- Personally engaging with top strategic customers and key accounts alongside the Agent
