We are looking for individuals who are excited about retail and sales, with management experience to optimize the commercial success of our boutiques.
What will make you a successful Boutique Leader?
- Experience of working in the retail sector at a Store Manager level; we are also happy to consider those from a different background who have the required skill set.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service using strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to rapidly build strong, working relationships with customers and in the communities; ability to adapt and challenge where needed.
- Previous experience making key decisions and action planning to drive results.
- Previous line manager experience and knowledge of HR best practice; a real passion for developing your team through their careers and supporting them to be the best they can be.
- Strong understanding of sales and setting KPIs to enhance store performance.
