You’ll lead high-impact activity across Amazon Advertising, retail media, marketplaces and paid search, turning media investment into measurable revenue growth, customer acquisition and ROAS.

Your Impact:

Reporting into the Head of Media, you’ll be at the heart of our commerce media performance capturing demand, converting shoppers and unlocking growth across our most important digital channels.

Your ingredients for success:

  • To succeed, you’ll bring a strong commercial mindset, a passion for performance media and the ability to turn insight into action.
  • Essential experience and skills:
    • Experience managing performance media across retail media, marketplaces and paid search.
    • Strong understanding of Amazon Advertising, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and DSP.
    • Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Shopping and conversion-focused paid search strategies.
    • Commercial focus, with confidence using ROAS, revenue, conversion and acquisition metrics to guide decisions.
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to spot opportunities and recommend clear actions.
    • Confident partnering with agencies and internal teams to optimise performance and unlock growth.
  • Desirable experience:
    • Experience with product feeds, shoppable formats or retail media platforms.
    • Knowledge of premium consumer brands, direct-to-consumer eCommerce or B2B customer journeys.
