You’ll work with teams across Marketing, CRM, Acquisition, Analytics, Growth & Digital Experience and Supply Chain to plan, execute and optimise eCommerce activations that drive machine sales, capsule and accessories sales, customer conversion and member revenue.

Your Impact

Reporting into the Activation & Optimisation Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our eCommerce activation performance, helping to turn commercial plans into accurate, timely and effective digital experiences across our most important customer touchpoints.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide eCommerce channel input into acquisition, retention, CRM and marketing plans, ensuring activity is commercially relevant, digitally feasible and ready for execution.
  • Translate commercial briefs into clear digital activation requirements across product pages, bundles, content, merchandising, tagging, tracking and analytics.
  • Validate the readiness of digital touchpoints and proactively identify risks such as stock constraints, content gaps, feasibility concerns or tracking issues.
  • Work closely with local teams and above-market partners to support ticket handling, QA, tagging, issue resolution and on-time launch delivery.
  • Monitor sales, conversion, average order value, add-to-cart rate, campaign performance and launch accuracy, using insight to optimise future activity.
  • Analyse campaign results and provide structured recommendations to improve customer journeys, offer positioning, merchandising and digital execution.
  • Benchmark performance against other markets and relevant competitors to identify new optimisation opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships across Marketing, CRM, Acquisition, Growth & Digital Experience, Analytics, Supply Chain, Finance, IS and external partners.

To succeed, you’ll bring strong digital commerce experience, a commercial mindset and the ability to turn insight into action. You’ll be confident working across multiple teams, managing detailed activation requirements and using performance data to recommend improvements.

Essential experience and skills:

  • Experience in Digital Commerce or Marketing, ideally within a premium, lifestyle or consumer goods environment.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce operations, digital activation, customer journeys and commercial performance drivers.
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools, including Google Analytics 4, with the ability to interpret data and translate insight into action.
  • Commercial focus, with confidence using sales, conversion, average order value, add-to-cart and campaign performance metrics to guide decisions.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • High attention to detail, strong proofreading skills and a focus on accurate, error-free execution.
  • Confident stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and influence partners at different levels.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information and clearly articulate recommendations.

Desirable experience:

  • Experience working with CRM, acquisition, digital marketing or customer lifecycle campaigns.
  • Knowledge of premium consumer brands, direct-to-consumer eCommerce or digital customer journeys.
  • Experience working with above-market teams, agencies or shared service partners.
