Responsibilities
- Own and lead the UK & I Agent Channel strategy, ensuring full alignment with Nespresso OOH, UK & I, and Global priorities.
- Define, challenge, and approve the Agent’s annual and multi‑year commercial and marketing plans, ensuring they reflect regional market dynamics and deliver sustainable growth.
- Provide executive oversight of operational plans, HQ initiatives, product launches, strategic programmes, and business transformations.
- Demonstrate strong team leadership by actively contributing as a team player and acting as a visible role model for behaviours, values, and ways of working across the team and the wider organisation.
- Lead Agent performance and capability assessments, recommending structural, operational, or strategic changes where required.
- Contribute to market potential analysis, contract negotiations, and functional capability reviews.
- Actively shape route-to-market evolution, including distribution model optimisation.
- Govern direct Nespresso national and international contracts and ensure effective cascade to the Agent.
- Set, negotiate, and formally contract annual sales, growth, and profitability targets.
- Ensure full compliance with the Distribution Agreement across all functions.
- Sponsor and lead Agent initiatives driven by P&L logic and EBITA contribution.
- Act as the senior Nestlé interface for the Agent, enabling effective cross BU collaboration.
- Serve as a senior coach and sparring partner to the Agent leadership team.
- Share strategic market, customer, and competitive insights to drive superior execution.
- Sponsor and steer marketing collaboration across digital, events, activations, and brand experience.
- Personally engage with top strategic customers and key accounts alongside the Agent.
