Position Summary
Here at Nestlé Health Science, we are currently recruiting for a talented individual to join us as a In-Store Specialist reporting into the Head of Field Sales. This is an amazing opportunity where you will play an important role in representing the Consumer Care brand portfolio through in-store support in leading key accounts.

Your impact
You will play a pivotal role in engaging with both customers and consumers to drive awareness and understanding of our brands through education and sampling leading to increased sales. You will also:
Demonstrate clear understanding of the Consumer Care Category strategy to implement and deploy the tactics that sit within the relevant drivers and channels.
Provide best in class education of the brand portfolio to in-store colleagues and shoppers leading to increased distribution and sales.
Promote, recommend & upsell products within the Consumer Care brand portfolio to shoppers and consumers in key accounts.
Achieve set targets for up-selling specific brands during in-store demos. Complete ROI of time spent in store Vs uplift in sales.
Represent the Consumer Care portfolio at specific events to drive awareness and sample consumers where applicable. Drive awareness of in-store demos, brand specific campaigns through social media.
Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with key
