Location: Halifax, West Yorkshire

Salary: £39,940 per annum

Shift Description: 06:00 – 18:00 & 18:00 – 06:00. 12 hours shifts, days and nights across a 6-week rota schedule. Permanent, 36 hours per week.

We are currently looking for a Standard Operator to join our fantastic production team at our Halifax site in West Yorkshire. All contract types are permanent, and candidates must be able to work a combination of day and night shifts. Your ingredients for success

As a Standard Operator your main accountability will be to achieve performance targets by operating machines and systems. In addition to this, you will be ensuring that the process runs at its optimum, producing high quality product and coordinating actions where necessary.

  • Safety and Quality Assurance: Ensure high safety and quality standards are adhered to in order to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Operational Responsibilities: You will be responsible for the safe & efficient running of production lines. Ensuring routines and standards are maintained and improved.
  • Performance and KPI Management: Support with factory activities in order to achieve KPIs.
  • Professional Development: To enhance your skill set, you will be working in all areas of the production plant based on your skills development.
