As a key member of the factory leadership team, reporting to the Factory Manager, you will lead a team of three direct reports and a wider SHE function, bringing challenge, coaching and strategic direction to how the business delivers success. What will make you successful:
We're looking for someone who combines strong leadership and influencing capability with a sound understanding of operational risk and manufacturing environments. You will be equally comfortable engaging with operators on the shop floor, supporting line managers and challenging senior leaders across the factory.
