Scope

We’re looking for a proactive and solutions-focused Customer Supply Chain Specialist to take ownership of end-to-end order fulfilment, working closely with customers, internal teams, and 3PL partners. You’ll play a key role in ensuring orders are delivered on time and in full, acting as the vital link between Commercial and Supply Chain functions. With a strong focus on performance, you’ll manage service metrics, resolve issues quickly, and keep stakeholders informed every step of the way—driving efficiency, improving service, and delivering a great customer experience.

Acting as the key link between Commercial/Customer teams and Supply Chain & Logistics, you will translate customer requirements into clear execution priorities across planning, warehousing, and transport operations. You will take ownership of day-to-day customer service performance, including OTIF, case fill, and order accuracy, while proactively managing any exceptions such as shortages, allocation challenges, booking issues, and transport delays. You will ensure clear, timely communication with all stakeholders, coordinating order management and dispatch readiness, and supporting customer-specific requirements such as lead times, order windows, booking compliance, and labelling or pallet specifications. Maintaining accurate customer and order master data will also be key to ensuring smooth system execution.

A bit about us

Sincereal Group is a dynamic and growing company providing private label offers to customers in Europe. With locations in the UK and France, our factories complement each other enabling us to provide a wide range of products to our customers. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a new company that is a major, sustainable and competitive player in the growing cereal private label market.

Role Purpose

To deliver a reliable and high-quality customer service experience by managing end-to-end order fulfilment, coordinating execution across planning, warehouse, and 3PL transport operations, and proactively resolving supply chain and logistics challenges in line with safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage customer orders end-to-end, ensuring accurate processing, confirmation, and delivery within agreed timelines.
  • Act as the main supply chain contact, coordinating between Commercial teams, internal operations, and 3PL partners.
  • Monitor service performance (OTIF and case fill), proactively identifying risks and protecting customer delivery outcomes.
  • Resolve order and delivery issues including shortages, transport delays, booking challenges, and service failures.
  • Coordinate planning, warehouse, and 3PL activities to ensure products are available, picked, shipped, and delivered as required.
  • Drive service improvement by managing performance issues, maintaining accurate data, supporting customer queries, and ensuring compliance with service, quality, and governance standards.

What will make you successful

You will be a confident and proactive individual who can communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, influencing decisions and managing challenging conversations with professionalism. You will bring a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to quickly identify issues and implement practical, continuous improvement solutions. Highly organised and detail-oriented, you thrive in a fast-paced environment, remain calm under pressure, and consistently deliver a customer-focused approach.

Strong understanding of end-to-end order fulfilment and customer service performance (OTIF, case fill). Experience working in a fast-paced supply chain environment (FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution). Proven ability to manage 3PL transport operations, including bookings, issue resolution, and performance tracking.

Working Conditions

This role operates in a food manufacturing environment with regular time on the factory floor and exposure to noise, dust (grain), moving machinery, temperature variation, and manual handling activities. Flexibility is required to support shift teams, critical incidents, shutdowns, trials, and business needs.

Right to work in the UK

In accordance with Home Office guidance successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment. We have assessed this role and do not consider that we would be able to sponsor a successful candidate under the Skilled Worker route as the role does not meet the relevant Home Office criteria; the successful candidate therefore must be able to demonstrate their own right to work during the recruitment process without Sincereal sponsorship.

Equal Opportunities

We work together as one team. Everyone is welcome here, and we treat each other with fairness, respect, and equality.
