A day in the life of a Production Operator
As a Production Operator your main accountability will be to achieve performance targets by operating machines and systems. In addition to this, you will be ensuring that the process runs at its optimum, producing high quality product and coordinating actions where necessary.
  • Safety and Quality Assurance: Ensure high safety and quality standards are adhered to in order to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Operational Responsibilities: You will be responsible for the safe & efficient running of production lines. Ensuring routines and standards are maintained and improved.
  • Performance and KPI Management: Support with factory activities in order to achieve KPIs.
  • Professional Development: To enhance your skill set, you will be working in all areas of the production plant based on your skills development.
