Position Summary

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Inbound Supply Team as the Inbound Supply Lead working ideally at our Tutbury Operation.

A day in the life of an Inbound Supply Lead

As a Inbound Supply Lead, you will represent the team to deliver a first class supply service to the business ensuring an optimised replenishment of raw and packaging materials over an 18 month period, leading a team of inbound supply coordinators.

  • Enable an optimised replenishment plan for raw and packaging materials over an 18month horizon to ensure supply of material to production by supporting ISC processes and actioning any escalation which may be a blocker to realising our production plans.
  • Deliver and maintain a weekly KPI dashboard of key metrics which are shared and discussed with the planners to make right decisions for the Third party and supply chain teams. Be a positive force in operational reviews and set the bar with measures/reviews/problem solving expectation.
  • Monitor top line supplier performance through VES ensuring with the Inbound Supply Chains that plans are developed, and improvements are carried out.
  • Work with suppliers and procurement business support and the supply stream to identify and exploit improvement opportunities to drive TDC, service improvements or working capital reductions.
  • Project lead for inbound supply related projects ensuring we deliver against our cost reduction targets.
  • Build a robust Inbound Supply Chain community both internally and externally with other factory supply chain teams. Sharing best practice across the group to ensure we are the best we can be by benchmarking.
  • Line Management of three Inbound Supply Coordinators ensuring adherence to the people calendar as well as ensuring we support opportunities for personal development

To be successful in this role We’re looking for candidates with a proven track record across the end-to-end Supply Chain, Inbound Supply or Customer Facing Supply Chain.

You will have a proven track record in leading others, to not only succeed in delivering great business results but importantly to support them thrive as an individual. You will be confident to make choices and identify where to invest your time to make the most meaningful difference to the business and your team.

You’ll demonstrate great passion, initiative and tenacity to deliver against ambitious targets. This is a challenging role and will collaborate cross-functionally across a number of areas in the business, including Senior Stakeholders.
