Position Summary
We are searching for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our team of in-house creatives to support in creating both digital and print content, to make our exciting leading brands shine across multiple markets and platforms.
We’re looking for an up and coming creative with a strong portfolio of creative briefs showing a mixture of both digital and print designs & concepts, a great attention to detail and consistency across assets. Someone who is hungry to learn, develop and thrive in a creative environment, and can work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with fantastic time management and communication skills.
You’ll be reporting directly into the Shopper Graphic DesignLead, and you will be tasked with bringing to life our communication challenges, developing world-class digital & print content for our Nestlé Brands in the UK & Ireland. Sometimes, your work may also be used around the world! So you’ll also be working on some of the most loved & most well-known food & drink brands in the world.

A day in the life of...
You’ll be working among highly creative individuals in our Content Studio team across both Gatwick and York to create high quality digital and print content for the Shopper Activation team on our most loved Nestlé brands!
You’ll need to be confident working on multiple briefs, be able to work to short deadlines, and most importantly have an eye for detail as you adapt and create content across multiple platforms such as web banners, website takeovers, POS materials and trade/shopper ads.
There will also be multiple opportunities to work closely with our studio team and shadow our senior designers to assist in ideations, concept creation and more for a number of big campaigns and new product releases!
Types of Content You Will Produce:
Digital :
Web banners, website takeovers, e-mailers, social media assets, and concept visuals.
Print :
POS (point of sale) concepts and artworks for in store activation (Shelf barkers, FSDU & Shippers, Aisle Fins etc), consumer & trade adverts, and more.
What will make you successful
Have a fantastic portfolio demonstrating a range of skillsets and creative projects
Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop & Illustrator
Some experience in digital animation would be beneficial
Confident working across both digital and print platforms
Fantastic attention to detail and constancy across design & brands
Produce clean, tidy, and labelled layered files
Confident both working alone and as part of a team
Excellent time management & ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
Confident working to fast turnarounds of simpler assets
