We are reimagining the fertility journey — not with marketing fluff, but with actual science, empathy, and personalisation. If you are a fertility specialist, gynaecologist, or reproductive health expert frustrated with the generic supplements in the wellness market, we would love to build with you.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced clinician who understands the physiological, emotional, and psychological challenges of trying to conceive, managing PCOS or endo, navigating miscarriage, or recovering postpartum. You will serve as the clinical conscience of the brand—shaping our product logic, identifying red flags, defining what good care looks like, and ensuring we deliver safe, credible value. This is a strategic, long-term advisory role with low time, high impact.
What You’ll Do
- Advise on product formulation (and what we shouldn’t include)
- Contribute to quiz logic and customer segmentation rules
- Review educational content for clinical accuracy
- Represent our clinical stance to partners, investors, and press
- Introduce clinical rigour into an industry that needs it
Ideal Profile
- Fertility specialist, gynaecologist, endocrinologist, or women’s health GP
- Open to advisory startup roles (this is equity-only at MVP stage)
- Interested in evidence-based innovation in wellness
- Value personalisation, access, and education over mass-market noise
- Experience advising DTC health brands, supplement startups, or similar (bonus but not required)
Why This Matters
We are building the most evidence-led, personalised fertility care stack in Europe. We need someone to keep us clinically honest and help unlock future credibility, partnerships, and R&D. In return, you will become a recognized face of our brand. This is an opportunity to build public credibility for a purpose-led business in a rapidly evolving space. This is equity-only for now—approximately 1–2 hours/month, occasional calls, with significant influence on product design. Ideal for a practicing clinician seeking to shape meaningful work outside the clinic.
