We’re hiring a Head of UGC to build and scale the content engine behind one of the fastest-growing ecom brands in the UK.
The role:
- Build and manage a high-quality UGC creator network
- Source, onboard, and develop creators who can produce performance-driven content
- Own the end-to-end UGC pipeline (brief → creator → delivery → editor)
- Ensure content is delivered on-brief, on-time, and built for conversion
- Work closely with the Creative Strategist to bring weekly ad concepts to life
- Write scripts and guide creators to hit high-performing hooks and formats
- Manage and grow our affiliate and creator ecosystem
- Drive revenue through affiliate outreach and incentivisation
