Nested is redefining estate agency in the UK. Traditional agency is a solid platform to learn your trade, but it limits agents’ earning potential — and their ability to innovate. Nested introduced the Nested Partnership to allow area partners to run their own business under the Nested brand, with more autonomy, a better work-life balance, and potential for higher take-home pay. The Role

As a Nested Area Partner, you’ll be in charge of your local strategy, pitch, marketing tactics, and hours — and, as a result, your earnings. You’ll have the autonomy to grow your own estate agency business in the area you know best — from prospecting and canvassing to valuing and negotiating. You’ll be supported by Nested’s marketing resources and a smart selling app, with in-house support available when needed. A commission structure starting at 75% of revenue and scaling to 100% rewards your hard work and skill.

This is an all-encompassing role that lets you run estate agency your way while leveraging Nested’s brand, products, and services.

Responsibilities

  • Lead local strategy, marketing, and business development for your area.
  • Prospect, canvass, value, and negotiate property transactions.
  • Manage client relationships from start to finish as the single point of contact on the Nested journey.
  • Utilise Nested’s marketing support and your own local advertising to generate leads and close sales.
  • Utilise the smart selling app and in-house support to manage deals and communication.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of top industry experience valuing residential property, winning business, selling stock, and delighting customers.
  • A clear strategy and understanding of managing a marketing budget, generating leads, and building a local valuation machine.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and strong work ethic; self-employment is viable only if you actively generate sales.
  • Unrivalled knowledge of your patch with deep local familiarity.
  • Alignment with the Nested brand and a customer-centric approach focused on delivering the best outcomes and experience for clients.
  • Strong social media skills are a bonus; genuine enthusiasm to build your brand and engage with the community is expected.
