Are you kind, thoughtful and looking for a rewarding role that truly makes a difference? At Nest Homecare, we're looking for compassionate people to join our team of Care Assistants supporting older adults to live safely and happily in their own homes.
The Role
As a Nest Care Assistant, you'll visit a small number of private clients in their own homes. We believe in unrushed, person‑centred care - so our visits are a minimum of 1 hour. Every day is different. You might be:
- Helping someone with personal care or medication
- Supporting someone with meal prep, a bit of gardening, or a trip to the shops
- Or simply providing friendly company and a listening ear
We offer full training and ongoing support - so whether you're experienced or brand new to care, you'll feel confident from day one. You might have cared professionally before, or looked after a loved one. Either way, what matters most to us is who you are: warm, reliable, patient, and genuinely caring.
Requirements
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own car
- To live within 10 miles of Windsor, Ascot, Maidenhead or Slough
- Be passionate about care, be kind, a team player and have excellent communication skills

- 07:00 – 14:30 (incl. every other weekend)
- 16:00 – 22:00 (incl. every other weekend)
What we offer
- ÂŁ13.00 per hour (weekdays), ÂŁ14.00 per hour (weekends) to ÂŁ28.00 per hour (Xmas Day)
- Paid mileage, 40 ppm (mileage), holiday pay & realistic travel time
