The Remote Account Managers form a vital part of Nest's Business to Business (B2B) Proposition team, acting as a first point of contact for a portfolio of our large employer customers. The role will offer a variety of activities in supporting the needs of your customers to ensure their retention and development with Nest. Utilising both online and remote techniques you will be expected to provide a high level of support and service to our customers, demonstrating both technical expertise and great relationship management skills.
Qualifications
- Some auto enrolment, defined contribution and trust-based pensions knowledge plus an understanding of the payroll market and how it fits into NEST's delivery model
- Skilled in relationship management, influencing outcomes and objection handling
- A clear view of the different types of customers Nest has, and different engagement approaches required for each, with experience within the Employer sector
- Ability to understand profitability models and how they relate to an account management framework
- Presentation skills and comfortable in front of audiences
Flexible and agile working
