This role sits within the Member Propositions team - our daily mission is to develop digital propositions that enable members to make the right financial decisions for them, both in the short term to improve financial resilience and in the long term to support pensions saving. The Member Proposition Manager is a full-time role, reporting to the Head of Member Propositions & Acquisition. It leads the development of innovative, customer centric propositions from the Discovery phase to launch and then manages propositions in market to ensure they deliver against business case outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of propositions from Discovery through to launch.
- Commission and analyse market insight to provide a data‑driven basis for proposition development.
- Design and run customer‑centric design sprints that deliver strong concepts backed by customer testing.
- Perform commercial analyses and create detailed financial business cases.
- Conduct build/buy/partner analysis and lead procurement exercises to source partners for co‑development.
- Manage risk throughout projects from Discovery through to launch.
Qualifications
- Applied experience in leading proposition development from Discovery through to launch and ensuring propositions meet their business case objectives post launch.
- Strong background in commissioning and analysing market insight.
- Experience designing and running customer‑centric design sprints.
- Strong background in commercial analysis and building detailed financial cases.
- Ability to conduct build/buy/partner analysis and lead procurement.
- Understanding of risk management within projects spanning from Discovery to launch.
- Significant experience in developing propositions within the Financial Services sector or related sectors such as telco or utilities.
