Overview

Senior Power Platform Operations Lead responsible for the support, administration, and continuous improvement of the Microsoft Power Platform environment.

Leverages Copilot and generative AI capabilities to deliver intelligent, automated solutions that enhance business processes and user experiences.

Reporting to the Solutions Architect and Power Platform Developer within the IT Business Solutions team, you will provide first-line support to Power Platform users, manage Dataverse environments, oversee deployment pipelines and solution releases, administer security groups and user access, and ensure the platform operates securely and efficiently.

You will act as a subject matter expert, promote best practices across the organisation, support integrations with external systems, and contribute to the delivery of secure, high-quality IT services.

Work closely with technical and business stakeholders to drive platform adoption, governance, and operational excellence.

This role is suited to a Power Platform professional who combines strong technical expertise with a passion for innovation, service delivery, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support to Power Platform users and manage Dataverse environments.
  • Oversee deployment pipelines and solution releases, including change control and release management.
  • Administer security groups and user access; ensure platform security and compliance.
  • Promote best practices, governance, and operational excellence across the organisation.
  • Support integrations with external systems and deliver secure, high-quality IT services.
  • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to drive platform adoption and continuous improvement.
  • Minimum Requirements / Qualifications
  • Strong experience administering Power Platform environments, applying governance and security best practices.
  • Customer-centric mindset and proactive problem-solving, with ability to support business users and minimize operational disruption.
  • Experience administering Azure Entra ID, authentication models, managed identities, and app registrations.
  • Resilient, creative problem-solver with passion for addressing complex technical challenges.
  • Working knowledge of PL-400 and AI-103 exam objectives.
