As Lead Business Architect, you will play a pivotal role at the heart of our transformation – translating ambitious strategy into a clear, enterprise-wide operating model. Working closely with senior leaders, you’ll define how we operate end-to-end, ensuring our capabilities, processes and partners are aligned to deliver exceptional outcomes for our millions of members.
We’re looking for someone who can bring deep experience in Business Architecture, TOM design, capability modelling and process architecture, and who is familiar with BIZBOK, TOGAF, BPMN and value stream mapping. Strong senior-level communication and influence skills, including Executive Committee engagement, are essential.

About the Transformation Team:
The newly formed transformation team, as part of the Strategy and Transformation Directorate, will build an enterprise capability that partners with delivery teams across Nest, ensuring that we bring our strategy – and future strategies – to life. The directorate is globally aware, forward-looking, multi-disciplinary and focuses on shaping the future of Nest in fundamental ways, including questions about the operating model, government relationships, and the UK pension market. We own, maintain and embed a compelling, commercially successful strategy for Nest and ensure alignment of intent and delivery at all levels.
