It’s an exciting time of growth for Nest and the Pension sector. We’re looking for a Data & AI Literacy Trainer to support our enterprise-wide strategic goals around data-driven decision making, and responsible AI adoption. You will be responsible for building Nest into a data and AI enabled workforce. This role blends technical expertise with adult learning principles. You will educate, upskill and empower colleagues at all levels to use data and AI tools effectively and with confidence.

Because you can train others and have technical know-how in both data and AI subjects, you will deliver:

  • Engage and deliver interactive learning sessions across core data and AI concepts, tailoring materials to the needs of different groups and meeting agreed learning objectives.
  • Create training materials that remain relevant by staying current with emerging tools and technologies.
  • Define skills pathways by translating business strategy and the Data & AI roadmap.
  • Support a culture where data informs and drives decision making, solutions and business value.

Working Arrangements:

  • Hybrid of office (Canary Wharf, London) and home working – expectation to attend the office once or twice a week, or more, as required.
  • Reduce or vary working hours.

Skills & Experience:

  • Subject matter expertise in core Data & AI principles, governance and practices such as data pipelines, analytics, machine learning and GenAI.
  • Experience of training others in Data & AI, preferably in Pension or Financial Services sector.
  • Practical knowledge and familiarity of specific AI tools, especially Microsoft 365 Copilot.
  • Experience in developing and scaling creative literacy initiatives—e.g. Data and/or AI Champion initiatives, personalised learning plans, peer learning groups.
  • Demonstrable experience in instructional design and adult learning theories, development, programme design, delivery and facilitation.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into commercial business value using accessible and simple language.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and credibility across diverse stakeholders.
