Role Overview
We're looking for a creative, insight-led communications leader to deliver high-impact campaigns that connect with people and support our wider business goals. You'll lead integrated campaigns across PR, social and owned channels, ensuring they're culturally relevant, social-first, and reach audiences in the moments that matter. You'll spot new opportunities to earn attention, test fresh ideas, and use what works to shape future campaigns. Working closely with social media, brand and marketing teams, you'll ensure everything joins up into one clear, compelling story. You'll also bring a strong focus on performance tracking results, showing impact, and using data to continuously improve. Alongside this, you'll manage agency partners and build strong relationships across the organisation to make sure campaigns land effectively internally and externally.
Minimum Criteria
- 5-6 years experience in consumer PR
- Has led multiple end-to-end consumer PR campaigns
- Has owned and managed budget effectively
- Has 4-5 years experience in line management
- Capable of juggling multiple projects at once

The communications team sits within the Brand Team located in our Nest Experience (NX) directorate. The Nest Experience directorate is responsible for developing and evolving the propositions for our customers, for the service and experience that they enjoy, and working with our delivery partners to ensure their data and assets are kept safe.
