Responsibilities
- You'll be responsible for the definition and documentation of clear functional and non‑functional requirements, end‑to‑end customer journey mapping, and proactively identify pain points and opportunities to improve the member experience.
- Translate business and proposition‑level needs into robust, customer‑centred solutions.
- Influence decision‑making, support new proposition development, and drive continuous improvement across our existing products and services.
- Work as a key member of the Member (B2C) product team, collaborating with product, design, senior stakeholders and our delivery partner to shape and evolve complex products and services.
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating as a business analyst.
- Strong demonstrable experience in the occupational/defined contribution pension environment.
- Demonstrated use of various business analyst techniques.
- Awareness of risk management.
- Experience working in multi‑disciplinary teams.
- Detail oriented but able to step back and consider the bigger picture.
- Strong pensions knowledge, exceptional attention to detail and well‑honed critical thinking skills.
- Confidence operating at both strategic and delivery levels.

The team is split across two product teams and a service design team, with product owners leading domains and a service design team supporting evolution of our service design and continuous improvement.
