Can you pour a perfect pint, know your Rioja from your Malbec, and keep smiling when the City clocks off and the bar is three deep? Then we want you behind our bar this Christmas.

Nest sits right in the heart of Bishopsgate, serving the City from the first after-work round to the last. Great beer, a solid wine list, good food and a team that knows half our regulars by name. In December that means packed Thursdays, corporate parties and festive rushes, and we need extra hands to make it our best season yet.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Keeping the bar stocked, sharp and moving through Christmas parties and busy nights
  • Making every guest feel welcome, whether they’re in for one or staying for six
  • Helping deliver group bookings and corporate events
  • Working closely with the floor and kitchen teams from opening to last orders
  • Keeping standards high on cleanliness and responsible service

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous bar experience in a busy pub, bar or restaurant
  • You know how to pour a proper pint and work at pace without letting standards slip
  • A friendly, positive attitude and a team-first mindset
  • Availability for evenings, weekends and through the Christmas period
  • You must be 18 or over and have the right to work in the UK

What’s in it for you:

  • Basic hourly rate + tronc, with total earnings typically £14 to £18 per hour
  • Temp contract from [start date] to [end date], with [full time / part time] hours available
  • Shine this Christmas and you could stay on with us permanently in the new year
  • Team trips, incentives and socials in a fun, family atmosphere
  • Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) to support you through tough times
  • Referral scheme paying up to £1,000 per successful referral
  • 30% discount across all our pubs, bars and restaurants
