As a new home advisor within The Citdeal Team, you\’ll operate under a self-employed, commission-based model with the flexibility to work hybrid or remotely. The role offers a unique opportunity to establish yourself as a market expert while building business relationships on a global scale. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Growing your real estate business within your local market and beyond
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients in prime property locations
  • Winning instructions, whether that be single properties or developments
  • Managing sales operations and business development activities
  • Building partnerships and collaborating with our global network
  • Delivering world-class customer service
  • Selling existing properties marketed by The Citadel Team

This position allows you to use Nest Seekers\’ renowned brand and extensive resources to gain a competitive edge locally and tap into international networks for broader business growth.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum of five years\’ experience in real estate
  • An existing network of investors and buyers interested in new homes
  • Passion for becoming a trusted advisor in the new homes market
  • Strong skills in sales, negotiation, and relationship-building
  • Excellent customer service abilities, with a client-first approach
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Must be proficeint in follow-up and making calls.
  • Outgoing personality with a positive attitude
  • A willingness to network, attend events and collaborate
  • Knowledge of the luxury real estate industry is a plus

Location: Working from our location in Pall Mall, London with hybrid and remote working flexibility. You will have access to our global offices to meet clients and network.
