- Build and grow a high-performance real estate business locally and internationally.
- Advise buyers, investors, and developers across the new-build market.
- Win instructions for individual properties and development projects.
- Sell existing new-build stock marketed by the Citadel Team.
- Manage your own sales operations and business development pipeline.
- Collaborate with agents across the global Nest Seekers network.
- Deliver a world-class, end-to-end client experience.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in real estate.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with high self-motivation.
- Client-first approach with a commitment to excellence.
