We are looking for a Product Owner within our Member Product team to help build and shape products that our members love to use. The Customer Experience Team has several newly created roles that centre us as a product‑led team, putting the customer first in our design. Supported by Business Analysts, UX and UI designers and our Service Design team, you will have accountability for parts of our in‑life member product – how our customers manage their pension from becoming a member up until they consider their retirement options.
Minimum Criteria
- Proven experience as a product owner within the pensions or wealth management sector or similar financial services area.
- Proven track record of leading successful product launches and managing complex stakeholder environments.
- Strong understanding of the UK pensions landscape and member needs.
- Experience managing product and design teams, ideally in an Agile way but not essential.
- Ability to translate product strategy into actionable deliverables and work collaboratively across functions.
- Familiarity with digital product delivery, service design principles and user experience practices with examples of working in this way.
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Mira, etc. with design teams.
- Experience with product management tools – Jira, Trello or similar for backlog and sprint management.
- Experience with A/B testing platforms and product analytic tools – Mixpanel, Google Analytics.
