We’re hiring for a Data Analyst to join our Analytics team to help us understand how businesses use the Nest platform. Employers and Nest Connectors process over £5bn in pension contributions annually for our 14 million members – we want to use data and insight to make sure that the service works brilliantly for them.
An excellent candidate would be able to empathise with our core audiences, whether that’s from previous experience in B2B, accountancy or payroll position, or if it’s through applied insight and transferable skills. You’ll help empower our teams to make evidence‑based commercial and strategic decisions through analysing behaviour and performance, uncovering insights, and identifying friction points. Your work will directly support efforts to improve the employer experience, drive value, and in turn, help deliver better outcomes for our members.

- Analytics – taking data and creating value for the organisation, understanding our customer behaviours and business; doing descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analysis and modelling to help Nest make decisions.
- Data – planning and delivering how we manage high quality data as an enterprise, making it easy for BI, analysis and modelling to happen and be automated.
- Customer insight – putting our customers at the heart, understanding their needs through empathy, research, surveys, and digital insight.
- Business Intelligence – delivering data visualisations to make Nest’s data intuitive to understand.
