Senior Change Governance Manager – Investments

The Role
This new Change function includes a Senior Change Governance Manager who will partner with the Investment Business to oversee their change agenda. You will establish and run a Change Committee, prioritise and monitor change projects, and ensure each project is approved and structured according to business priorities and requirements.
You will develop and maintain a change pipeline, scope, initiate, structure, and approve projects based on business priority, and develop reporting and tracking of progress and risks to maintain a strong portfolio overview.
Qualifications
- Accomplished Change professional experienced in partnering with progressing businesses.
- Proven ability to develop Change best practice from ideation to benefits realisation, including change pipeline maintenance and reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management, consensus building, and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities across large volumes of concurrent change.
- Understanding of effective Change artefacts such as business cases, project initiation documents, RAID, and status reports.
- Experience setting up and running a Change Governance forum, including reporting, action identification, and tracking.
- Investment Management experience is appealing, but we welcome applicants from wider regulated Financial Services environments.
