Help shape the future of long-term saving — and support our mission to deliver financial peace of mind for all our members. Are you curious about using data to solve real problems? Do you want to help millions of people have better retirement outcomes? We are hiring a detail-focused Associate Data Analyst to join our Analytics team, which explores both member and B2B data. This role will focus primarily on B2B activity.
You’ll explore how over one million employers and Nest Connectors interact with our platform — and how they process over £5bn in pension contributions annually for our 14 million members. Using data to analyse behaviour and performance, you'll uncover insights, identify friction points, and empower our teams to make evidence-based commercial and strategic decisions. Your work will directly support efforts to improve the employer experience, and in turn, help deliver better outcomes for our members.
What you’ll do:
- Produce clear, actionable analysis and reporting—interpreting trends, patterns, and conducting complex statistical analysis on large, multi-source datasets.
- Contribute to interactive dashboards, slide decks, and data storytelling to communicate employer behaviours and performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and user experience through data insights and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across our B2B teams, helping them make the most of our data.
- Contribute to the data, analytics, and customer insight team culture—sharing knowledge and championing how we can drive value for the business.
How you’ll do it:
You’ll use, build expertise in, and be open to learning a range of analytics tools to produce robust statistical analysis. These include: R, Python, SQL, Power BI, and Google Analytics — alongside incorporating other tools such as large language models (LLMs) into data analysis and narrative building where appropriate.
If you're data-led, impact-driven, and keen to improve people’s financial outcomes through evidence and insight, this is an excellent opportunity to grow within a supportive and experienced Analytics team.
We are open to discussing working patterns. We welcome all internal applicants to apply for our roles, regardless of your current working pattern or hours. We will aim to accommodate your request and match your current working arrangements.
Don’t worry if you think you don’t have all the key skills, it might be worth taking the few minutes to apply as we’re good at spotting potential and offer a generous training budget.
