We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our growing property management company. The successful candidate will play a key role in attracting and onboarding new landlords, property investors, and developers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify and engage with potential landlords and property investors to promote the company’s property management services. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, cold outreach, and lead generation activities. Present tailored service proposals, clearly highlighting the benefits of partnering with the company. Negotiate and close contracts with new clients, aligning with company goals. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients, collaborating with internal teams.
  • Market Research and Sales Strategy: Stay informed on property market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities. Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve growth targets. Provide insights to the marketing team to support campaigns that attract potential clients.
  • Networking and Brand Representation: Attend industry events, property exhibitions, and networking functions to build relationships and increase brand visibility. Establish connections with estate agents, developers, and other property professionals.
  • Reporting and Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contract agreements. Generate regular reports on sales performance and market insights. Evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and suggest improvements when necessary.

Daily Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients through phone, email, and occasional face-to-face meetings.
  • Conduct property assessments and deliver customized service proposals.
  • Follow up on leads and nurture client relationships.
  • Maintain the CRM system with accurate client information and activity logs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
  • Report daily sales activities and progress toward targets.

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within property management or real estate.
  • Strong understanding of landlord requirements and property management services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM, Property Management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must have field sales experience within a property management company.
  • Strong understanding of residential and hospitality property management services.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Team Player.
  • IT Literate.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
