We are currently looking for a Cleaner to join us in a young energetic residential building on a permanent basis. You will have the luxury of working with one of the largest award winning property management companies in the city of London. Our client offers shift flexibility and training.
What is on offer:
- Rate of pay: £13.60 per hour

Key Duties:
- Maintaining the cleanliness of all communal areas including reception spaces, corridors, lifts and staircases
- Carrying out regular cleaning of high touch points to ensure a hygienic and safe environment for all residents
- Emptying bins and managing waste collection in accordance with building standards
- Responding promptly to cleaning requests from residents or the site team
- Clean apartments for end of tenancy or in apartment cleaning requests
- Reporting any maintenance issues, hazards or health and safety concerns to the management team
- Ensuring cleaning equipment and supplies are used properly and stored safely after each shift
- Supporting the site team with additional cleaning tasks during busy periods or special events
- Providing a friendly, polite and professional presence within the building while representing the high standards of the development
